  • Generational Design for Effective Communication

    I recently completed a UX/UI project and web launch for StrongerLife, a fitness program for those aged 55 and above. The owners, both younger than their target audience, are highly trained Doctors of Physical Therapy with expertise in active aging and geriatrics. However, when it came to the user experience and aesthetic of the website the client wanted to ensure, through user experience research and design, that they were authentically and effectively communicating with their older user. To design effectively, the needs, motivations, and pain points of the user needed to be identified.

  • User-Driven Strategy for Nonprofit Empowerment

    I recently completed a strategic planning, website creation, and launch for Do Good Now, a non-profit focused on connecting people with volunteer opportunities. The founder, inspired by her father’s wisdom on service, was overwhelmed and unsure of the next steps. Through empowering strategic planning, I helped her clarify her vision and reach her goals, ensuring the design was accessible to volunteers of all ages and backgrounds. Despite limited resources, the site launched successfully, attracting 11K visitors in the first two weeks, a live radio interview, email sign-ups, and new non-profits eager to join her mission.
